Many sites, one team

Each client site is a location with its own address. A person can belong to several sites, and the rota shows them where and when they work. Departments separate kinds of service, such as offices and institutions, and each supervisor sees their own team.

Showing the work was done

Staff clock in and out from their phone. With the Time clock + geofence package the punch also records the location and the distance from the site, and the location check is set per site. A missing or unusual punch is flagged for review, and every correction is kept with who made it and why.

Swaps and open shifts

Somebody who cannot make it asks for a swap, and the request closes with an approval. A shift left open is published to the team and whoever is free asks for it from their phone, instead of a round of calls at five in the morning.

Hours ready for payroll

Punches are tied to the shift and the site, and the month is locked once checked. With the Payroll export package you get an import file built on your payroll bureau’s component codes, and with the Compliance and payroll lock package you are warned about overtime and short rest.

Ready on the first day

• The trade starts as "other": a staff role and a shift lead are ready, and roles such as cleaner, supervisor and machine operator take a minute to add.
