A steady rotation

A pattern of three 8-hour shifts, or of two 12-hour shifts, is ready to pick. With the Availability by shift type package staff mark morning, evening and night against the days of the week, and you see the whole team's availability in one picture.

A certificate for every station

Record certificates for each person with an expiry date and require one for a role. Assigning an operator without a valid certificate is flagged before publishing, and certificates about to lapse are flagged in advance.

Shift handover

The night shift leaves the morning shift a note about a fault on the line, a material that ran out or a machine under repair, with a severity. The incoming shift confirms they have read it.

Overtime and working-time rules

With the Compliance and payroll lock package the product warns about overtime, short rest between shifts and six days in a row. Once the month is checked it is locked, and the lock is enforced on the server.

Clocking in at the gate

With the Clock-in station package one tablet at the gate serves the whole shift, and each person clocks in with a personal code. Clocking in from a phone works too.

Ready on the first day
