Clocking in without a queue

With the Clock-in station package one tablet at the entrance serves the whole shift. Each person keys a personal code and clocks in, with no personal phone and no queue at the office. Clocking in from a phone works too.

Forklift drivers and certificates

The forklift role can require a certificate, recorded for each person with an expiry date. Assigning somebody without a valid one is flagged, and a certificate about to lapse is flagged in advance.

In busy weeks you set how many pickers and forklift drivers each day needs, with the Staffing demand and counters package, and the rota shows where you are short. Open shifts are published to the team and whoever is free asks for them.

Each warehouse is set up as a location. With the Multi-site package staff can be lent between warehouses, and each department sees only its own rota.

Hours ready for payroll

Punches are tied to the shift and the warehouse, anything unusual is flagged for review, and the month is locked once checked. With the Payroll export package you get an import file built on the component codes your payroll bureau uses.
