A post that must not stand empty

For a security company an empty shift is not an inconvenience. It is an unguarded site and a client on the phone. While you assign, the product warns about overlapping shifts, too little rest between them, a guard who said they are unavailable or is on approved leave, and going over the weekly hours limit. Night shifts are marked separately.

A shift left without a guard is published as an open shift, and a guard who is free asks for it from their phone. That saves the round of calls at two in the morning.

Sites, clients and teams

Each site is set up as a location with its own address. A guard can belong to several sites, and the rota shows them where they are posted and when. Departments keep teams apart, for example building security and event security, and each manager sees only their own team.

Certificates and licences with expiry dates

Record each guard's certificates with an expiry date, such as a firearms licence, a guard certificate or first aid, and require a certificate for a job. Assigning somebody who lacks it is flagged, and certificates about to lapse are flagged in advance.

Attendance you can rely on

The guard clocks in and out from their phone. With the Time clock + geofence package the punch also records the location and the distance from the site, and the location check is set per site. A missing or unusual punch is flagged for review, and every correction is kept with who made it and why.

Shift handover

The outgoing shift leaves the incoming one a handover note, such as an incident, a camera fault or a key not returned, with a severity. The incoming shift confirms they have read it. What happened overnight does not stay only in the head of whoever went home.

12-hour shifts and working-time rules

A pattern of two 12-hour shifts is ready to pick, alongside three 8-hour shifts. With the Compliance and payroll lock package the product warns about overtime, short rest between shifts and six days in a row. Once the month is checked it can be locked, so the report sent to payroll does not change.

Ready on the first day

• Job titles ready to use: guard, patrol, dispatcher and shift lead, each with a starting pay rate you can change.
• Handover, hourly coverage, time clock, swaps and time off are on. Tips and on-call are off.
• The interface in Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian, so every guard reads the rota in their own language.
