A part-time team

Most people in a shop work part time and their availability changes every week. They submit it from their phone, including the most shifts they want that week, and you build the rota with all of it in front of you.

Several stores, one team

Each store has its own rota. An employee can belong to more than one, and with the Multi-site package you can lend somebody to a store that is short. Reports show one store or the whole chain.

Weekends and holidays

With the Staffing demand and counters package you set how many sales assistants and cashiers each day needs, and every cell of the rota shows assigned against required. Holidays are marked on the rota's calendar, so the eve of a holiday takes nobody by surprise.

Swaps without the mess

Somebody who cannot make it asks another employee to swap, and the request closes with a manager's approval. An open shift is published to the team and whoever is free asks for it. Who asked, who approved and when is kept.

Wage cost in view

The rota shows the estimated wage cost from the pay rates. With the Advanced reports package you see labour cost, actual against planned and overtime by store.
