The service

Mishmarotix provides scheduling, availability, absence and attendance features. Availability depends on company settings, permissions and the active package.

Account responsibility

The company owner manages team access. Keep sign-in details secure and enter only information you are entitled to use. Do not access data without permission or interfere with the service.

Billing

Package details and prices appear in Billing and during purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for a period already paid.

Reviewing results

Calculations depend on the records and rules entered in the account. Review schedules and reports before using them for payroll or staff administration.

Service issues

Interruptions may occur. The status page provides point-in-time connection checks. Report problems through the support desk.
