Account information

The system stores account and company details, including names, email addresses, roles and organisational assignments, and records entered by users: shifts, availability, absences, attendance, tips, messages and documents.

Use and access

Information supports account features, access by authorised users and support requests. Session information and activity records support access management. Access depends on company, department and role permissions.

Location and payment

Location permission is requested when a clocking location check is enabled. The check is part of the clocking action. Payment card details are submitted to the payment provider; the system retains billing records needed to manage subscriptions.

Managing information

Account settings include personal data export and account deletion options. Deleting a user does not necessarily delete related company records. Contact the support desk about personal information.
