How do I sign in?
Enter the company number or exact company name, your email and password. Ask the manager who invited you if you do not know the company details.
Departments and sites
A department represents a team; a site represents a workplace. Your permissions determine the data and actions available to you.
Availability and absence
Use Availability to submit the days you can work. Use Time off to submit an absence type and dates and follow the decision.
Why is a feature unavailable?
Access depends on permissions, department settings and the active package. The company owner can review settings and billing.
Contact support
Open a support request inside the application. Include the page, attempted action and any error message.
Do employees have to install an app?
No. It opens in the phone's browser, and can be added to the home screen so it looks and behaves like an app. There is nothing to install from an app store and no version anybody has to update.
What happens if somebody forgets to clock out?
The missing punch is flagged for review rather than disappearing. A manager completes or corrects it, and the correction keeps who made it and when. Tip distribution is unaffected, because it follows the schedule rather than the clock.
Can one account cover several sites?
Yes. Define sites and the departments inside them, and an employee can belong to more than one site. The schedule is built per department, and reports can show a single site or the whole business.
Who can see my payroll details?
The employee and their department managers. Sensitive details such as identity and bank account numbers are stored encrypted, and Mishmarotix's support team can see that a form exists but not what is in it. Support entering a company is recorded in that company's security log.
